The marketing success was driven by a Dual-Brand Digital Optimization strategy, where you, as SR Digital Designer and Art Director, implemented distinct creative approaches across all touchpoints, including TikTok. For the viral platform, you art directed all photo and video shoots with models to create two sets of content: authentic, relatable videos for Motherhood to emphasize comfort and value, and aspirational, editorial-style content for A Pea in the Pod to maintain its premium, luxury image. Your design role extended beyond video shoots, as you illustrated custom backgrounds to efficiently create stylized sets and designed high-converting link-in-bio landing pages to ensure a flawless UX flow, turning 12.5 Million+ Total Views and a 4.8% Engagement Rate into direct e-commerce traffic and sales influence.

The key takeaway from the strategy is that the luxury brand A Pea in the Pod and the fast-fashion brand Motherhood Maternity were acquired by Marquee Brands and their operational control was subsequently taken over by Hatch Collective, which now leverages their distinct positioning to dominate the full maternity market spectrum.
